Unable to use your tickets?
Return your tickets and receive a receipt for their value as a fully tax-deductible contribution. Email email@example.com or call (651) 321-2214 to return them before the start of the concert. Unused season tickets may be exchanged for other concerts in the current season by phone, email, or in person at the ticket office, subject to availability.
We regret that no refunds can be made. All ticket sales are final upon receipt of payment.
The ticket office will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the concert when there is a pre-concert talk, and 60 minutes prior to the start of the concert if there is no talk.
Performances always begin promptly as scheduled. If you are late, you will be seated at an appropriate point by one of our ushers. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or price adjustments if you arrive late for a performance.
Cancellations & Postponements
In the event of dangerous weather conditions, performances may be postponed or cancelled. Postponements and cancellations will be posted on Lyra’s website and a message will be recorded on our voicemail at (651) 321-2214. If a cancellation occurs, all ticket holders will be contacted with further information about their ticketing options during the following week.
